My Philosophy
This isn't a list of rules.
It's a collection of beliefs shaped by years of journaling, asking difficult questions, trying different paths, and learning more about myself than I ever expected.
Some of these beliefs may resonate with you.
Some may not.
That's okay.
I don't believe there is one right way.
I believe each of us has to discover what is true for ourselves.
❤️
I don't believe people change because someone tells them what to do.
I believe change begins when people become curious enough to understand themselves differently.
I don't ask people to be grateful for what hurt them.
I invite them to understand what it revealed.
I believe curiosity creates possibilities that judgment never could.
I believe every behavior has a story—even when we don't understand it yet.
I believe questions are often more powerful than answers.
I believe self-understanding creates better boundaries, healthier relationships, and more authentic choices.
I believe your past can explain you, but it doesn't have to define you.
I believe the event isn't always the story.
Sometimes it's what the event uncovered.
I don't believe there is one right way to understand yourself, change your life, or move forward.
My journey didn't follow one method, one teacher, or one answer.
I explored.
Some things helped.
Some things didn't.
Each experience taught me something about myself.
That's why I believe your path doesn't have to look like mine—or anyone else's.
Keep what helps.
Leave what doesn't.
Keep asking better questions.
Trust your own path.
And above all...
I believe the most meaningful change begins with self-understanding, not self-judgment.
