My Path to the Stage
What story has been quietly writing your life?
I didn't begin this journey because I wanted to become a speaker.
I began because I had questions.
Questions about why certain experiences affected me so deeply.
Questions about why I repeated the same patterns.
Questions about why some beliefs stayed with me long after the moment that created them.
Over time, I discovered something that changed my life.
The most meaningful change didn't come from judging myself.
It came from understanding myself.
Today, I don't stand on stage to tell people what to think.
I stand on stage to ask the kinds of questions that help them think differently about themselves.
Through storytelling, thoughtful questions, and lived experience, I invite audiences to become curious about the stories that have been quietly shaping their lives, not to chase healing or search for quick answers, but to better understand themselves.
Because I believe the most meaningful change begins with self-understanding, not self-judgment.
Sometimes we have to go back to move forward...
On our own terms.
