**A Journey of Resilience and Rediscovery**
My story begins with a profound sense of loss—being let go and betrayed by others led me down a path I never expected to walk. It reignited an old childhood stutter, bringing with it feelings of being lost, scared, and utterly disoriented. At that moment, I thought I was done for, convinced that at my age, my journey had hit a dead end.
But life had other plans. Therapy, mindset work, Toastmasters, and RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) became my lifelines, pulling me out of the black tunnel I felt trapped in. I went back to real estate and did exceptionally well, but there was still a void, a lingering sense of unfulfillment that I couldn’t shake.
Then, betrayal struck again. The fight-or-flight response kicked in, and I found myself spiraling down a familiar path. It happened not just once more, but twice. Each time, I was forced to confront the harsh truth that working on myself was not a one-time fix. Self-discovery and growth are lifelong commitments—daily practices that I now embrace wholeheartedly.
I’ve come to understand that our generational habits, thoughts, and the ways we were raised shape how we treat others and ourselves. Unraveling these patterns has been crucial in my journey of healing and empowerment.
Today, I stand as a speaker for older women who have lost jobs and endured the sting of betrayal both professionally and personal. I’ve taken my experiences, the hard-earned lessons, and channeled them into something tangible—shirts and accessories that carry the message of resilience, self-love, and empowerment.
For years, I poured my energy into making companies successful, believing that hard work would be rewarded. But I’ve learned a valuable lesson: the most important investment I can make is in myself. Choosing myself first has been a game-changer, and realizing that I hadn’t been doing so was a pivotal moment in my life. Love yourself first!
Now, I’m on a mission to share my journey, to inspire others who may feel lost or betrayed, and to remind them that they are not alone. When you choose to love yourself and put yourself first, amazing things happen. This is my story—one of rediscovery, resilience, and the power of choosing yourself.
