Gen X Mug – “Our Parents Needed a TV Commercial to Remind Them We Existed”
Our Parents Needed a TV Commercial to Remind Them We Existed.
A bold ceramic mug for Gen X viewers who remember when television meant scheduled programming, rabbit-ear antennas, and gathering around the set. The hand-lettered design reads, “Gen X — our parents needed a TV commercial to remind them we existed,” paired with a retro television illustration and expressive burst lines. It brings a knowing laugh to morning coffee breaks, office desks, and nostalgic conversations about growing up before smartphones and streaming. Choose an 11 oz or 15 oz size, along with an accent color that adds personality to the handle and interior. The glossy finish keeps the artwork bright, while the easy-grip C-shaped handle makes each sip comfortable. Dishwasher- and microwave-safe for everyday use.
